Squeaking by
The experienced c/w dancers are winning! I'm tapped out of teaching new line dances and I have to really search my memory to find c/w moves I haven't taught the experienced dancers on Thursday lessons.
Scott (the amazing one that has a photographic memory) did a quick walk through of "Roll Back the Rug" on Monday at square dance. Last night I finally downloaded the appropriate dance version of that by Scooter Lee. And now I'm teaching a line dance tonight that I've done a one-minute walkthrough on. Whew.
It's feeling like a race to keep learning new stuff myself so I can teach the class!
Danny says that I need to concentrate on the basics more. That's true, too. But I have MY own needs to learn too!
