Sigh.
Got a note with the management check yesterday that the woman that lives in the rental in back wants bars on that one window that had none. I do agree; it's the window where the air conditioner is/was and is of course the only real access point to the house. Otherwise it looks like a fortress.
Easy to put bars on the window, but it's the cost of relocating some cooling unit that's going to cost the bucks. What to do, what to do.
What's probably going to happen is we'll have bars put on that window and security doors put on the other two units that don't have them. $$$. The joys of being a landlord.
