Precautions

abqdan is off in a bit to buy some new locks for the downstairs back door and the front door, mostly as a precaution after yesterday's thwarted break-in. The front door lock is in a heavy iron security door that's been quite hard to open during the winter months. The lock is susceptible to the extreme temperature changes; it's amazing we haven't snapped a key off trying to get it open all these years.

No plans for today except maybe a little weeding in the garden and writing some square dance choreo. Nice!

Only commitment this weekend is teaching 30 minutes of line dancing at a Continuing Education teadance tomorrow at 3. Nice!

Supposed to be in the low 90s by Tuesday...so glad the cooler is hooked up and functioning! The new cooler pad has a strong toxic-smelling residue to it, so hope that clears off quickly.

We're edging ever-closer to getting contractor quotes for the upstairs makeover, which will include everything structural upstairs except the kitchen.
