Not quite right...

billeylerNeither Danny nor I feel quite right lately. Sort of on the verge of something sickish, but not quite. I had that crud for going on two weeks, and now feel like a relapse is imminent. Sort of headachy, but not quite. A bit of a thickish throat. One of those undefined things.
Ah, well. Could be MUCH worse.
Paper was flying around like crazy today at work with me trying to do 10 projects at once, with phone calls and email all shuffled in there. I swear that every other email had a financial spreadsheet attachment that I JUST had to drop everything and look over. Unlike a month ago, I'm NOT bored at work.
UNM has the day off for MLK day in January, a bizarre tradition considering the whole school is off for winter break for 11 plus days a week before that. But President's Day? Nevah hoppen...it's a long long spell till we have another official holiday in May.
Looking forward to the Philly flyin in six weeks. I've never been to the Poconos, and hope beyond hope they have a WARM spell in late March. If it's like Denver was this past weekend, I'll start to wonder if I'm jinxed.
Tonight was a smallish turnout for the Wilde Bunch with less than 20 in all for the regular part of the dance I'd say. At least we're definitely starting new classes in two weeks...I think there's a lot of interest coming up.
