Untested web forms

billeylerSigned up for GCA slots at convention this morning, while I was thinking about it.
I guess Seth must have dashed off the webform without thinking it through or testing it. I can call Mainstream through C2 (five programs), and in a pinch C3A, but the form only allows for up 4 programs, ranked in priority request order. Everything else would have to be selected "I don't want to call this".
