WB Class 63

billeylerA fun night for Crossover Class 63 for the Wilde Bunch...much festivity had by all. Eleven dancers (3 guys, 8 women) finished Basic with our traditional party dance.
- The club had a "Square Dance Poker" tip...VERY creatively thought up by Rick Weber. I think I'll post it with GCA newsletter...very innovative. We had a winner with 4 Jacks.
- The class had a "Hawaiian Theme" tip...Dosado's had to be done as a hula and Weave the Rings or Right and Left Grands had to have a lei exchange. They gave me fun music to use that I hadn't heard before.
- The caller had a "rotate 1/8" tip in which every time you got home from a sequence, all dancers rotated 1/8 to the next dancers spot. Their first introduction to bidance-uality!
Oh, and LOTS of food!
Very nice night!
Next week starts accelerated Mainstream before convention!
Class 64 starts June 9.
