The Wilde Bunch won another trophy this year during Pridefest as "Best Walking Parade Performance." Third time we've done that!

Amazing what 5 minutes of prep can do!

It's amazing. I often find that the things I prepare for the most go pretty well but the things I just throw together often go incredibly well. Maybe the boyscout credo is bunk?

I've often walked in the parade as a dancer...often, it's more of a run.

Because of that, I put together several "on the run" calls a group of people can do while walking behind a truck while I'm calling and prosthelitizing away. "Grand Zoom," "Grand Dive," and "Grand Cast" are my faves.

These folks are troopers, really they are.
