Paul, my long-term tenant, sent me a note back this morning that he's moving to Socorro at the end of August, since more than 50% of his time is spent there now. It's a 70+ mile commute for him, so this makes sense.

The smaller unit on Cornell is apparently already leased, even before the other tenant is out tomorrow. Wow. One of the students that works at our front desk was very excited to go see it, but when she called the PM, she was told it was already leased!

You can certainly post the BIG unit! I think they're going to ask $820.00. It's a 2 or 3 bedroom place, depending on how it's used...
