A movie I won't be going to see

Recently, I posted to HGTV's "Design on a Dime" blog that I wouldn't be watching the show anymore until they got a new cameraman. The show this season is being filmed by some crazed person without a SteadyCam that likes to make you feel like you're on a small boat in choppy, storm-driven waves. Ugh. Apparently, there've been enough comments on that blog that they're actually going to fix it for 'next season'...we'll see.

So I don't watch TV shows with those realistically wavery drunken-feeling camera actions. Flip. Next channel please. Something that doesn't make me feel sea-sick.

I was initially intrigued by some advance yak about the movie "Cloverfield," but after reading reviews and noting that it's all filmed with a hand camera with no steadying correction, forget THAT!

Day 1 of who knows how many...

After feeling good all week, very productive, I hit a wall this morning. No energy, the feeling of that sinus/flu thing coming on, congestion and general malaise.

Spent the entire day under an afghan in my recliner, just vegetating.

As they say, tomorrow is another day. We have tickets to see "Drum!" at 2pm...hope I'm up to it.
