Off to work again in about 45 minutes...it's opening night for the bus and truck tour of "Gypsy." Did lots of projects during the week, some of them toward doing required mini-budgets for the theatre and the golf course we had to rush to put together by today for the Budget Hearing Meeting next week. It's way too early for us in the theatre to really nail down next fiscal year's budget, but we did get something reasonable together for talking points.
Still feeling less than my normal self, almost like I'm going to get sick again. Had what I call a rare Viral Overlay Headache Wednesday. That's the kind that is on the side of your face, between the muscle and skin, and just ached all day. Still twinges of it left, but mostly dealing with drainage and congestion. Two weeks and counting.
I shouldn't complain though. Coworkers have it much worse than me, and not by their own illnesses. One of the women I like that works in the ticketing office, Chris, has been dealing with a double whammy this week. Her father has been in critical condition in the hospital for a while, THEN to top that off, her identity was stolen. Someone maxxed out both of her credit cards, and then opened another one in her name. Not the stress she needs, and I feel for her.
