Saturday, so far

 Yesterday was a day of relaxation.  Our biggest effort? Driving down to Mannies for dinner, then watching the 2 hour season "finale" of Grey's Anatomy.  Lots of smooching, not many surprises.

It's 8:45 Saturday morning.  So far:
-  reviewed email and LJ
-  brewed coffee
-  went for a fast 20 minute walk (this was nice...great temps, light breeze.  On the way, a tabby cat ran up to me for a scritch and loving, then I watched 4 hot-air balloons wafting south about 1/2 mile away...just a nice walk)
-  mowed the patch of lawn-
-  applied some dandelion remover to the lawn (we'll see if it does anything at all)
-  used the hula hoe on the next door neighbor's driveway, scraping up the burgeoning weeds in the pavement cracks
-  raked and swept up 1/2 trash can full of debris from our shared border and her pavement (she's still asleep).
-  broke up some more of the old stucco, clipped the chicken wire, and dumped it in the trash (about 80 pounds of it)
-  trimmed spent roses
-  cleaned the deck tables
-  made my little breakfast of oatmeal, apple juice and a (yikes!) 2nd cup of coffee

Maybe I should sneak back into bed with the Danster as if I hadn't really gotten up!  He'd never know!  (giggle)

Reading quickly, I thought you 'used the hula hoop (left) on the neighbor's driveway.
