Not quite a star!

billeylerWe saw the LOGO "Be Real" episode 204 last night that featured a middle-aged couple that had out-grown the Miami scene and moved to Santa Fe RainbowVision this past winter. Yes, indeed, there was a brief bit about the c/w dancing there and I do remember those two guys dancing...I gave them a lot of coaching, I remember, but had no idea they were the reason all the filming was going on. There was a brief flash of me teaching, but Danny wasn't in there at all.
"Be Real" could be an interesting show, but it interleaves two different stories together through the 30 minutes...very distracting. I don't know why they made that decision; the show would be more interesting if they just did one story, then another. There were no similarities in the two stories. The other one was about a 28 year old closeted-by-circumstances Lesbian whose best friend took her on an Olivia cruise. Didn't punch any buttons for me at all.
Since I know who Patrick and Tee are now (only from seeing the show), I've also noted they only came to the dancing that one time. Someone must have advertised a lot to pack the house that night! We've never had as many dancers since then.
