Following my mother's recipe exactly, I ended up with two lovely well-formed Zucchini/Pecan/Raisin loaves! Hope they taste yummy!


[Edit: We're almost finished with one loaf...hope we can save the other one for our visitors to try! Perfectly yummy!]

mmmm. They look delicious. Too bad that I can't grab them from the picture. I guess I have to go down to the kitchen now and make supper instead.
