Productive Sunday

billeylerAfter another crack' o dawn wake up, Danny and I shifted efforts during the day. He finished up the furring strips in the dance hall and I power-blew the pine needles in front of the house, spent a couple of hours pruning one of the seven mournfully overgrown arborvitea, and power-blew a good bit of the fallen leaves into the corners to deal with later.
The chorus sectional we have from 4-6 every Sunday was vastly truncated, since only 3 of us showed...and the baritone left. Since this was in between the last of the Millie shows, I was able to have a nice dinner with Danny at our haunt, Mannies Diner.
Dragged myself home from work about 10, then we stayed up to watch the ever-interesting "Grey's Anatomy."
Ah, weekends.
