Frankly, I'm not too crazy about this year's house. In all the pictures you can't see very far, but on the TV version they had a few shots where the neighbor's rooftops were visible - VERY close. For only $2M in Sonoma you can't expect much.
This one looks more livable than most of the others to me. I do see that it's in the thick of a populated area, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Most of the others, although they looked like they were all by themselves, they were in gated communities and distant from larger populated areas.
Of course, most of the people who won the houses sold them immediately. That one poor guy kept trying to hold onto the one he had and went bankrupt.
