billeylerSince Albuquerque is considered the sticks by the cognosenti of either coast, we weren't getting Brokeback Mountain here until Jan 16.
Got a listserv message on NM Outdoors that there will be a special reserved screening at our closest theatre downtown on December 30, so I plugged into that FAST and paid for the tix. Also forwarded it to the Wilde Bunch and the C/W list, and I saw that someone else had put it on the Bears of Manana list. Should be a full house!

fuzzygruf's lackluster note on the show, I'm hotly anticipating it. Just read a .pdf of the short story online yesterday.
