Time for that realignment

abqdan and I ventured out for tux shopping. Good thing I ate a lot; it reinforced my premonition of the humbling I knew I'd have when we got to the store.
Yup, I tried on 36 waist slacks...they were almost two inches too small from connecting at the appropriate place in the middle. * gulp! *
Being discouraged, of course I opted to pass on buying a tux until I did something about this.
Scales this morning = 204.5
Off to work now, to sit on my butt for 8 hours! And think about this winter padding I have this summer.
Maybe it's the site www.thefatmanwalking.com that's got me (slightly) motivated to do something.
