The normal techno confusion

billeylerEarlier I went downstairs to work on the underside of the deck some more and turned the downstairs TV on to listen to some tunes while working.
Oddly, all the music stations showed as being there, but none of them would show anything other than a blue screen. Hmmm. 101, the Weather Channel local weather spinoff was working fine. 54, Weather Channel proper wasn't there anymore. It was Fox News. The cable guide showed 35 as being the Weather Channel now, but it was actually one of the Discovery Channels. Somewhere in the dim recesses of my memory I remember that Comcast was changing its channel lineup, but I didn't realize it was today! What to do! What to do!
Upstairs, the 400 series of music stations seemed to be working fine...hmmm.
Danny came home from luggage shopping (abortive) and I mentioned it to him. He went into a dead panic because all his Replay channels already setup would have to be programmed! Oh, no!
Amazingly in today's mail was the new Comcast cable lineup, effective the wee hours of this morning. Danny saw immediately that LOGO was one of the channels now, and it appears to be on the regular channel series, so it MAY not be an extra. A gay channel INCLUDED in the regular package? Oh, my! Time will tell if this is one of their three-day promos...
Danny's frantically reprogramming. It would be horrible if any of the CSIs or British murder mysteries were missed!
