Testing

Head off to my first sleep apnea test in about 90 minutes. Curious about what would go on with this first interview. The questionnaire I filled out leaves a lot of vagueness.

Danny confirms I still do the stop-breathing thing frequently at night, which nudges his own sleep.

Feeling good overall, though...and my echo cardio test from last week came back with very good results.

Having had friends and the ex diagnosed with apnea and seen the gigantic changes in their lives post CPAP, I'm hoping you'll be similarly impressed. The test itself is, I gather, a bit weird, but would we really want it any other way?
