Mindshift at work
Nov. 18th, 2005 12:16 am"Thoroughly Modern Millie" is our 5-show touring Broadway show coming through this weekend, so I'll be wrapped up with that for bits of time here and there. Have to slide in the chorus sectional, and housework into the mix.
After a frenetic start to the week, settling several shows in the hall from the past week and various other I-have-to-be-on-top-of-this-now accounting scenarios, late week has mellowed. I spend some of the day packing up old file, tossing some stuff, and de-Billing my office a bit. I'm not really MOVING until the beginning of the year, but now just seems right.
Office drama of the week is the lambasting of the new front of house director, Tram Nguyen. Tram is an exceptionally involved young women that will go far, if she can get through the politics of following up the previous FOH director...who may be sabotaging her job. It's going to get ugly, though. Sigh.
