Quaker Oats knows how to confusticate the healthy snack.

Danny's started buying me Quaker Rice Cakes for my lunch packets. I remember rice cakes when they were just plain, cardboardy snacks for dieters. Eat one, drink a glass of water, you're full(ish).

But, NOOOOO....now they're pandering to my basest addictions. They now have "Double Chocolate," "Chocolate and Peanut Butter," and "Chocolate and Caramel." Since they taste like airy cookies now, I can eat an entire package at one sitting. 14 of them.

And yes, I do have to eat them. I always eat what Danny buys.

I'm just reading back through some old entries...I think that pack of Quaker Chocolate Rice Cake Treats was the last pack I had of them. Danny must have read the journal!
