Was hoping for a snow day
Nov. 29th, 2006 10:32 amThat long awaited arctic blast arrived this morning. Between 7:15am and 8:30am it dropped from 35 degrees down to 31 and isn't supposed to get back up to 35 again until Friday or so. I think the expected wind will be the worst.
Unfortunately the promised snows seem to be just north and south of the city, so except for a few puny flurries right now, it ain't doin' nuttin'.
Pthththt.
I did clip the last of my St Joseph's Coat roses that were blooming and brought them inside. The official end of the longest growing season I can remember!
