abqdan and I just got back from viewing another apartment complex up in the Heights. Ever since he sold his San Jose house, he's been itching to try to find just the RIGHT property to put some of that equity money into. Took us over 40 minutes to get to this semi-seedy 3 plex near the foothills, but after looking at it for 30 second, he figured this is the right one...we'll see!

Date: 2005-08-01 08:38 pm (UTC)That property he looked at was sold, too. Californians are snapping up property here like it's not going to exist tomorrow. Danny's a bit stunned by it all, considering the gay realtors he's be working with here are very 'manana' about it all.
My own triplex will be paid off (again) NEXT month, and it'll all be gravy! Yahoo!
