 Albuquerque seems to be INUNDATED with movie companies filming here.  For the past month or so, part of downtown was blocked off for filming of a movie.  It wasn't until a couple weeks ago I found out the movie..."Game."  It's taken over the university this week, including Popejoy Hall for filming this week, with huge pieces of equipment and trucks EVERYWHERE, even taking over 1/2 the parking lots.  And yes, they need extras...lots of them.

So far, I haven't seen Gerard Butler, their big star actor...but he's been filming in the theater lobby today.  He's so dreamy!

I see that Kyra Sedgwick is in it, as well as Michael C Hall (of Six Feet Under and Dexter) fame.

The company filming is using our theatre balcony tonight through Friday...they'd better have cleared out by Friday evening for the 8pm symphony concert!  Oh, my!
