Kissing Cousins in London
Feb. 16th, 2008 08:24 pmBack in '94, I was one of a group of gay square dancers that had made contact with the owners of "The Bell," a gay bar in London to plant the seeds of a gay square dance club there. A small group got started and haphazardly met for a couple of years then was gone with the wind.
Danny mentioned tonight that we should learn a dance called The Gay Gordons. I looked it up on the net and the first link I found was this.
So close to what we are, yet so far...hope this group survives and thrives!
