More clearing out

billeylerLast night was the "Bill at Home" night, so I took that opportunity to clear out most of the dining room paraphernalia, all the art and mirrors, and some of the lighter furniture. No hernia for me, no thank you. Also transplanted some plants for ease of care and moved all those downstairs in front of the east facing window. They should make it through the next few months.
Danny's stressing heavily over all this pre-demo stuff, knowing that we haven't selected quite a bit of stuff, like tile, fixtures, the sauna/shower, ad nauseum. He's not sleeping well and has been developing the same reflux patterns I have when I don't take my pills.
In between spurts of moving stuff downstairs, I was able to watch "Grey's Anatomy." Is it me, or are they really scratching for plotlines?
Tonight I think will be a combo of cooking one of our final dinners upstairs, packing for the trip, packing the bathrooms up, and choreo writing.
Of course, Danny doesn't care for where I put stuff downstairs, so I'll let him enjoy his three Bill-less days manhandling it all like he wants it.
He's ordering the dumpster tomorrow and making a final color check of the cabinets with the oak flooring we selected.
