Our two hour delay turned into a full closure of the elementary schools yesterday when many of the school buses wouldn't start. Today is a two hour delay -- we'll see what happens. Enjoy your extra time off!
I actually went into work close to on time. The roads weren't particularly bad, if driven cautiously. When I got to work, my boss and his assistant were already there, working away! But the parking lots around campus were virtually empty still.
Hope you get some warmer weather soon! Our daytime highs are supposed to be 40ish all week, in spite of the threat of snow showers trickling over from all that California moisture flow.
A low of 2F tonight and a high of 8F on Saturday. Between now and then some "mild" weather (defined as above 10F). :-) Today is GORGEOUS. Blue sky, snow all glittery and crunchy. We get very dry snow here. I hated that as a kid because we couldn't make snowballs or forts.
