- Rental reports from property manager reconciled to Quicken. Check
- Mortgage interest statements and mortgage balances reconciled to Quicken. Check.
- All bank statements reconciled through 12/31. Check.
- Reviewed and printed out all statements and ancilliary reports for rentals, personal and joint accounts. Check.
- Verified receipt of all interest and investment statements. Check.
- Received W-2 from UNM (finally). Check.
I'm ready to pop those numbers in and go!
