Sudden beauty makes me happy

After a two year sullen phase of "I'm ONLY going to send out lots of leaves until I'm good and READY, dear" my amaryllis has decided it's time to burst out in vibrant blooms.



The one month I had it outdoors in the sub-freezing nights was just what it needed.

Glad to hear it wasn't the old excuse "my car broke down in Albuquerque and I was stuck there for a week!"

On this trip I also took a run down to White Sands and Chiricioua National Monument Sorry I didn't know you you could have come to dinner at my friends house. We had a great time
