Not that surprised

The house across the street from us is now up for sale. A realtor (Heidi Gray 505-268-2131) just now put the sign up.

Wonder what they're asking...guess we'll nose around! I don't see one of those info tubes yet.

I knew something was up last week. They just completely gutted their bathroom and put a new one in over the weekend. A few days ago, the owner washed all the windows. It's really a nice little place...3 bedrooms, 1 bath.

It was flipped a couple of years ago and they bought it. I thought they were flipping it, too, but the son has lived there now at least two years. I remember posting about their odd choice of color for repainting the stucco, which they quickly changed. They did a great job with xeriscaping after they bought it.

I'll be interested to see how long it stays on the market!
